Sneezing

Hi, I have an Under the Nose Nasal Mask which I am finally coping with after trying out 3 different facial masks. The only problem I have is a blocked nose and several sneezing fits a day. I have diagnosed myself that the air blowing up my nose has made the lining of my nose inflamed. Can anyone recommend what I can do after finally finding the best mask for me.

Hi, have you tried using SinuPulse before putting your mask on? It may help rinse your nasal passages and clear out irritants. Also, make sure you clean your mask daily, clean your tubing once a week, and check your filters regularly to ensure they’re clean and in good condition. You could also check your humidifier settings, as dry air can irritate your nose. If the blocked nose and sneezing continue, it’s worth speaking to your healthcare provider to check for inflammation or allergies. Hope you find some relief soon!
