Shoutout for the Quiet Elbow

Hi All!

Want to say thanks for all the help in forum, often browse, should post more!

A little shoutout to the superb Quiet Air elbow on the F30 mask (I believe it also comes on the F20), it really does make a huge difference, no draft or disturbance to partner. And its quiet :-)
NB. Some had been worried about vent rates, but they are the same as other masks, very well engineered.

PS. As always, no mask is usable without Karen's Pad-a-cheek liners :-) don't know what I would do without them, washable, reusable, almost make me forget I am wearing a mask!

I find I can't get enough air back out so I take in to much co2 and wake up everyday with a headache.

Hi Tomw,

Can I kindly ask which CPAP machine and mask you have?

Is the machine automatic or a fixed pressure? Do you know what the settings are?

Do you breathe through your nose only or through your nose and mouth (ie do you snore)?

Did you get your machine from the NHS or buy it privately?
