Itching Head

Hi
Has anyone else suffered from a rash on the head where the straps sit? I can't be develping an allergy to the material after 4 months, I always wash it in the same soap............no idea why the rash has suddenly appeared..any advice?

I get spots at times where the strap sits around the back of my head. I think its down to getting too warm. Wife made me a fleece cover for the strap. This seems to help.

Thanks puffin, you are probably right I will look into making a cover
