  • Any Advice ?

My Resmed N10 is about to give up and fall to pieces....now that Resmed have stopped making them and spares are hard to come by I'm looking for a replacement, my local sleep clinic have sent me a replacement but it's of no use to me Resmed N30i pillows I bought a new cushion the on with the two holes but no use. I have come to the decision that I'm going to have to buy a mask ...any suggestions ? what about Philips Dreamwisp any users of that mask here ?

    Good Morning,

    Thank you for your post.

If you liked the ResMed Airfit N10 mask, then would you consider the N20 version? - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/airfi...sal-cpap-mask/

Alternatively here is a link to the range of nasal cushion masks that we sell - https://www.cpap.co.uk/cpap-products...on-cpap-masks/

Please have a look at the above links and let me know if you have any questions.

      Hello Kelly
I have tried the N20 .....I found the cushion a bit snug around the nose and it pinched my nostrils in, I have bitten the bullet and ordered the Philips Dreamwisp from your company.....also mask insurance.

            Hello Kelly
I wish I could find something positive to say about the Dreamwisp mask but I'm really struggling with it, haven't had a decent night with it yet.

              Good Morning,

              Thank you for your reply.

How many nights have you used the dreamwisp mask for? Have you watched a fitting video to make sure you are putting it on and adjusting it correctly? It does take a little while to adjust to a new mask.

              Alternative can I suggest
              1. Ascend Gel Nasal CPAP Mask – FitPack - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/ascen...-mask-fitpack/
This is a risk free mask so you can try it at home for 28 days and if the mask is unsuitable then you can return it for a refund of the mask price.
It comes with 3 different cushions so you do not need to measure your face prior to purchase.

              2. AirFit P10 Nasal Pillows Mask - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/airfi...-pillows-mask/
This is a nasal pillow mask so goes into the nostril area rather than over the nose. Its one of the top 3 nasal pillow masks that we sell.
This mask comes with 3 different size pillows for you to try so you do not need to measure your face prior to purchase.
You have the option of paying £14.99 for mask fit insurance on this mask. This allows you to try the mask at home for 28 days and if it is unsuitable then you can return the mask for a refund of the mask price.

Would either of these mask be a suitable option for you?

                  Good Afternoon

If the Dreamwisp mask is unsuitable then please use the mask fit insurance reply slip and pre paid address label to send it back to u for a refund of the mask price.

What about the F&P Eson2 nasal cushion mask? - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/eson-...ion-cpap-mask/
It has a similar design to the N10 / N20 masks.

                      Good Morning,

                      Thank you for your post.

You could google to see if anyone has stock of the N10 mask or mask parts?

My only other suggest would be the JoyceOne Nasal CPAP Mask - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/joyce...sal-cpap-mask/

We will be in contact once the dreamwisp mask arrive back with us and we have issued you a refund.

                      Kelly
