Mask causing problems

Hi everybody first time posting
I've been using a full face mask for 2+ years with no major problems but within the last 6 months I have no got a rash/ spots on the back of my head mainly where my mask strap goes this rash is painful because it never gets chance to heal any help would be greatly appreciated before i end up going to my gp.

It's a simplus large it's about 2 months old

Can I kindly ask if this is an issue you have had since wearing the simplus mask or just recently?

What do you wash your mask headgear on and how often?

Do you get hot on the night whilst wearing the mask?

It's a recent thing I wash the mask every day and the strap once a week I don't get over hot in the night

Thank you for your post.

I would suggest either looking at getting replacement headgear to see if it is the headgear that is the issue. It may be what you wash it in that is the problem.

If this does not resolve the issue then I would suggest looking at an alternative mask.
