DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask issue

I've just got the Dreamwear mask.. its great quality, and very comfortable, but it seems to make my nose very sore. I dont understand why this is happening as the silicone that is close to the septum is very soft.
Can anyone advise on a way to prevent this from happening?

Can I suggest you check you have the correct mask size for your face?

Also I would recommend finding and watching a fitting video for your mask on you tube to ensure that you are putting on and adjusting your mask correctly.
