Had a telephone appointment with LGH Sleep Centre and I was asked if there is anything I needed I said I need a new mask and told the nurse I needed an N10 and she told me not possible as they have been discontinued. She's sending an N20 but I know I'm going to struggle with it as I have tried one before and was not impressed.

I would suggest googling the ResMed Airfit N20 mask, to see if any UK resellers have any stock of these masks, and if so, the purchase one.

I would suggest having a look, and letting us know if you have any questions about the masks.
We also offer mask fit insurance om the majority of masks, and for £14.99, the insurance allows you to try the mask at home for 28 days. Should the mask be unsuitable for whatever reason then you can return the mask for a refund of the mask price.

Thank you for your post.
We have not been advised that ResMed N20 mask will be discontinued, so you can still buy the mask and mask parts. It was just the N10 mask that they discontinued.
There is always an adjustment period when you change a mask. Try the mask for 10-14 nights, and see how you get on.
