Hello I have seen that resmed now do the airfit f30i with the elbow joint on top of the headgear.. I'm wondering if anyone on NHS has managed to get one of these I have asked twice for this mask and have been told that they don't do them. Any help is appreciated

It will depend on your clinic, some stock a lot, others just a few, money is limited (or used to be and I can't see it change much) so they tend to try to keep expense down.
I think they could save money in making sure people get the correct mask to start with!S2S - Sleep2Snore -
I got one when I first started, but was getting too many leaks around the nose area. Now switched to the F20 and find it far more comfortable with a better seal. And I have a full beard.Comment

Just been offered an F30i ...spoke with my sleep tech and told them that there was no way I could use the N20 they sent me a few months ago and she suggested going down the F30i route...NHS I suppose it depends which hospital you go to.Comment

Which hospitals do you guys use? I find the head gear on the f30 which I currently use stretches over time and the velcro wears out after about 3 months do you find this normal?Comment

The headgear and cushions on the masks are classed as consumables and should be replaced periodically / when required.
