Im 3 nights into using this mask and am struggling to get a seal over the bridge of my nose with or wothout a mask liner. I can get a seal if i have it so toght my lips can touch the shell of the mask but this os very uncomfortable. I love how quiet it is but the seal thing is driving me crazy. 38l/m of leakage last night.

I woke at 7am this morning and now at nealy 9pm you can still see the marks on my nose.

Ive just had a look on the resmed sight and saw they do a memory foam cussion. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Hello,

Have you tried to watch any fitting video to see if that can help you to adjust the mask comfortably for you?- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUEeP0nY_aY
Have you checked with the sizing guide that you have the right size mask? https://www.cpap.co.uk/extradownloads/file/get/id/80/
The mask liners are soft cotton fabric liner creates a barrier, absorbs skin oils and reduces air leaks as well as skin irritation and pressure marks.

Please have another try and let us know how you get on.

I've got one of these masks and I've given up with it because it leaks air like you wouldn't believe it and it's just not possible to sleep. Mind you, when I got it from the heart and lung clinic at Torbay Hospital they never even bothered to measure me properly so I'm not surprised mine is leaking now.

        Hi Ironside,

        As my colleague has suggested...

Have you tried RemZzzs mask liners? These are a soft cotton fabric liner creates a barrier, absorbs skin oils and reduces air leaks as well as skin irritation and pressure marks - https://www.cpap.co.uk/remzzzs-cpap-...sk-liners.html

There is always an adjustment period when you start your CPAP therapy. This can take some people a while to get use to wearing a mask, and using the CPAP equipment.

Do you want to try the sizing guide and fitting video to see if this help you with the mask. I would suggest using the mask for at least 10-14 nights and then email ([email protected]) us your CPAP therapy data to look at.

Ideally we would like to help you with the mask you have to get the mask to work for you. If the above suggests do not work, then we can help you look for an alternative mask - https://www.cpap.co.uk/shop/cpap-mas...ace-masks.html
