JoyceOne Full Face ?

Has anyone out there any experience or recommendations about the JoyceOne Full Face mask.

Running my ResMed AutoSense at 14cm-20cm Pressure and always suffering from leaks or discomfort.
I am currently using a ResMed F20 AirFit but have tried numerous others in search of perfection.

The customers who purchase the JoyceOne Full face masks tend to get on well with this mask. However if you are unsure about whether this mask will be suitable for you, then we offer mask fit insurance on the JoyceOne Full face masks for £19.99. This allows our customers to try the mask at home for 28 days. If the mask is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it for a refund of the mask price.

With regards to the ResMed F20 masks, can I suggest the following:

2. Have you watched a fitting video for the F20 masks to ensure you are adjusting correctly? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUEeP0nY_aY
