  • F&P Vitera Full Face ?

Has anyone out there any experience or recommendations about the F&P Vitera Full Face mask.

Running my ResMed AutoSense at 14cm-20cm Pressure and always suffering from leaks or discomfort.
I am currently using a ResMed F20 AirFit but have tried numerous others in search of perfection.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thank you for your post.

We sell the Viteria Full Face mask by Fisher & Paykel. This is a recently new addition to our website, and we have had a few customer place an order, based on the popularity of the Simplus Full Face mask as this is one of our most popular full face masks with our customers.

We offer mask fit insurance on both masks for £19.99. This allows our customers to try the mask at home for 28 days. If the mask is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it for a refund of the mask price.

Before purchasing either mask, please ensure to use the "Sizing Guide" on the "Downloads" tab on each of the mask product pages. The "Downloads" tab can be found half way down the page. Just click on the sizing guide link to download the file. Print out at 100% and follow the guide instructions to measure your face to see which size is best. The better the fit on your face, the better the seal you will get with the mask.

With regards to the ResMed F20 masks, can I suggest the following:

    1. Can you check you have the correct size mask for your face. The sizing guide can be found on the Airfit F20 mask product page downloads tab - https://www.cpap.co.uk/resmed-airfit...406-63407.html

    2. Have you watched a fitting video for the F20 masks to ensure you are adjusting correctly? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUEeP0nY_aY

    3. Have you tried a sample pack of RemZzzs Mask lines? These are a soft cotton fabric liner that createa abarrier, absorbs skin oils and reduces air leaks as well as skin irritation and pressure masks. Here is a link to the product page - https://www.cpap.co.uk/remzzzs-cpap-...sk-liners.html
To find our which mask liners you need, please scroll down the page to the compatibility chart to see which options you need for the drop down menus.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kelly
