Spot Rash Due To Mask

Hello all,

Just a quick one due to my nightly usage of the CPAP machine I have started developing a rather nasty spot rash around my neck where the straps are based.

As per advice from the consultant I am cleaning the strap regularly (with hot soapy washing up liquid 1/2 times a week) however they continue to stick around. Anyone had the same issue and has an effective remedy to reduce/clear it?

Try cutting a strip from an old cotton t-shirt and putting it under the strap.

Hi try using just plain water, or a gentler soap, to wash the strap. Or get some strap covers (intus and hope2sleep sell them).
