Hi jackieUK , sorry but you don't state enough info , have you got a faulty seal , have you got the mask nice and straight on the face , what kind of mask have you got ??????????? their are lot's of question's i could ask you , so please if you need info give us something to work on , !!

Which mask are you experiencing the leaks with? If you let us know then we can offer some suggestions to help solve this. We do sell mask liners which are designed to prevent mask leaks for nasal cushion and full face masks, so this may be a potential solution dependent on the mask you are using.

I think she, or rather her husband has things sorted now.
They changed masks to a Quatro FX and now his ahi is 2.5, before it was in double figures.
