Some of the videos I’ve watched show that you have to learn how to tweak it to get it to seal, was this easy to do and did it seal? I’ve noticed lots of people say it’s comfortable but what makes it comfortable? And what’s the material like – does it feel different to a standard silicon/plastic mask. Finally if I didn’t like it is it true that I can return it for free? Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks for your Help....GraceyD
    Hi GraceyD
I would definately advise that you try one of the Advance masks as I have found them a lot more comfortable than the silicone/plastic. You do have to tweak them to get a seal and this is a little fiddly but you soon get used to it and they are lighter and more comfortable on your face. I use the Advance and the disadvantage with this is that they only last about a year and that is with careful washing. I tried the Elan which appears much stronger both the nosecone and the headgear. However, as you can read from my other posts I had difficulty and gave up so I know that you can get get your money back excluding postage. Hope you find a suitable one. Karen

      At last

First night last night with the Elan. I had given up using my machine altogether as i had been unable to find a mask i was happy with. Machine was destroyed in a house fire and had to get a new one which inspired me to try again. I was very pleased as i managed to get a seal which i couldn't on the original sleepweaver. I managed from 7.30pm until 1.00am when i woke up with a really dry mouth as i forgot to put water in humidifier, Will try again tonight with water.
