CPAP Gel seal cushion

As a newcomer to CPAP and currently trying one on a weeks loan Ive had the usual problems with masks leaking.

I wass looking on the web and came upon this Gel seal cushion which is available and claims to stop all leaks!

has anyone had any experience of this product and does it do what it says on the tin please.plus is it available in the UK if any good

I bought one, it feels cold and sticky, felt claustophopic , and still the mask leaked.
