  • CPAP connector

I have a F&P 431 mask no issues with it except I have 2 connectors a blue one and a clear one as I understand it the blue one is cpap and the clear one is bilevel here's when my confusion starts, I have only been using CPAP therophy for a week and I can wear the mask all night no problem BUT I'm not sure I have the correct connector on my machine is a sleep style 600 and with the clear connector I currnetly have on all the air seem to escape out of the holes that perforate the elbow. I no idea the difference with bilevel and cpap all I know is I am suppose to be cpap anyone any ideas thats if you can make sense of this post

    Hi Mobrein,

You need to use the one that lets the excess air out.

I think you have been using the right one. My machine lets a continuous rush of air out of mask too. Depends on what mask you use at to where the air comes out.
