The memory foam pillow is not a 'soft and fluffy' one but the firm type that takes up the shape of your head (+ mask) when you lie on it. You might have to wriggle a bit to find the perfect position and adjust the mask marginally but after that ...... sweet dreams! Or at least it is for me.
thankyou Anniett, i will pop out and get one of those tmro, that may help. ive been advised on here that i should enquire about getting a full mask which covers my mouth aswell, as im not getting on at all with the nose mask.. its giving me panic attacks cos im not meant to open my mouth and that is natural for me. but thankyou again for replying x

I should have said that I started out on a full face mask because of being a mouth breather then found that after a few weeks I was sleeping with my mouth shut and that was causing pain in my jaw where the mask was moving up and causing pressure. I was sent a nose mask which helped the pain aspect but it took some getting used to in order to fall asleep! I now swap between the two depending on how I feel at bedtime. If my nose shows any sign of being even slightly blocked I use the full face.
