Good to hear from you - if it is the breath out vent flap it may have got some scale trapped in it - remove the hose and declip the valve section and soak in warm water for at least an hour - shake dry and use a blunt pen to ensure the flap valve moves easily up and down - repeat if not - finally allow to drip dry - reconnect and away you go.
The only other flap that makes a noise is the second mask seal on some masks - again cleaning and checking you have not got a tear in it particularly on the edge where it connects to the solid plastic is the key to success
