If you are particularly after a used one, I wouldn't know of any places. EBay doesn't allow medical equipment to be sold that requires a prescription. Maybe in the big US forums you can find someone selling their machine.

Isn't the machine set for the particular patient? I would think that renders them next to useless for anyone else.
