I do believe that today I have felt much better..... I have been waking up at 5am and feeling groggy. Today I woke at 5am feeling good...... I never wake up at 5 (it's usually 7.30), I wanted to sleep for another hour (habit) but I was up, awake and ready for it........ a very strange sensation indeed.

I'm still drying up and my asthma is playing up, my doc recons the dry air will be irritating my airways so it looks like I do need a humidifier. I'll phone the sleep tech next week and sort it out.......

    A week to ten days

    Hi BJ

Sounds like it's coming together in the predicted time! Well done!

As you are going for a humidifier (crucial in my book) you might want to think about investing a tenner with James and get yourself a hose sheath. Not only do they improve on the behaviour of a naked hose, not only do they quieten the rushing air but they also help keep rain-out at bay while we wait for Spring.

You sound like you weren't sleepy this morning, today. So you are getting ready to reverse your answers to a certain organisation?

I'm 7 night in and so far I am absolutely amazed at the difference in how I feel. I haven't fallen asleep once on the train and wake up feeling incredibly energetic. Is this how 'normal' people feel?!
