    If I remember right, from my study (9 years ago) my AHI was 68, and the records showed that there were no periods in the night where I went as long as 2 minutes without an event.

    Last time I saw the sleep tech he said he was still using my charts to teach people about OSA! (I had given my permission for it)

    I was lucky enough to take to the CPAP immediately, and I can definitely say it changed my life...from 10 -12 hours in bed at night and still needing a nap in the afternoon, to now being fine on 6 hours a night with the occasional 8-10 hour catch-up
