    I like the ResMed APAP I loaned from the hospital, although at £100 more than the iSleep I suspect I'll go for the latter.

    One point I did notice with the ResMed though was that the air intake is directly above the power cale inlet. I'd have thought putting the intake directly above a part that could overheat and give off toxic fumes wasn't the best idea. I mean, cable can work loose and if not quite in can overheat.

    Has anyone had any overheating cable problems?

    The machines run on 12v, so are less likely to over heat. If anything it will be the transform that will burnout first, then the fuse in the plug would cut in.

      How much did they quote the iSleep for?
