    Good morning!

    I'm a new member on the forum but I've been using a CPAP machine since being diagnosed with OSA in 2011. After many subtle signs I came to the conclusion that my trusty S9 was ready for the CPAP retirement home. Quickly call with the Sleep Department and was quickly offered a new machine - ResMed AirSense 10. I got it home and set it up and created account on the MyAir app - typed in the Serial Number of my machine etc. Had a great nights sleep and woke up and eagerly checked the app on my phone and it's saying "last night's data isn't available yet".

    Feel really stupid asking this but am I missing something?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

      Good Morning,

      Thank you for your post.

      It does take a little while for the data to upload to the myair software. I am glad it is all sorted now.
