    I am a Sleep APNEA patient. I started using Devilbiss DV54 AutoAdjust CPAP in 2019. Later I stopped using the CPAP. Now again, I started in August 2023. I have added the humidifier and smartlink device to the CPAP machine. I only got my first day's report. But I was unable to get the next day's Sleep study report through the memory card also on cable. When I click download data. It stucks when it reaches data processing.

    Kindly help me in this regard.

    Good Afternoon,

    Thank you for your email.

    I can't help you with your smartlink. I would suggest you contact Drive DeVilbiss to ask them for help as they are the manufacturers.

    However, we are able to pull a data report off your sleepcube machine from your smartcodes. You would need to use the machine for 1 month, generate the codes and send them to us at [email protected]

    To generate & provide smartcodes for the Sleepcube CPAP machines:
    You just need to press the left button to display the first code, and up/down to cycle through them.
    There should be compliance, and then 1, 7, 30 and 90 day codes (5 in total).
    We need all five codes to generate the report for you and your serial number from your machine.
