Problems with a lowenstein smart max

Is there here any person with this machine?
in soft pap level 2 there are big leaps in the pressure that is very uncomfortable.
my settings are :

apap

5 to 12 cm

Mode standard or dynamic

Ramp 20 minutes

Mask philips dreamwear with 0% leaks according the machine

Thank you for your post.

Can I kindly ask when there is big leaps of pressure as it looks like you have an auto CPAP machine so the pressure will only increase once you are asleep, as and when you need it or if you knock the mask seal which creates an air leak.
