New to this forum and have been using a resmed A10 airsense auto for a while. The thing is when you get up to go to loo at night do you turn off the machine or just disconnect the tube from the mask. I'm not sure of the correct way, can anybody help?

If you disconnect the mask from the tube or take the mask off whilst the CPAP machine is on then the machine will detect this as an air leak and increase the pressure to compensate.
I would suggest turning the machine off and then disconnecting your mask from your tube or taking your mask off.
There is not a correct way, as this can vary depending upon the person and what they find easiest to do.
