Could someone please tell me how to adjust the pressure on a ResMed AirSense 10 Elite.

Thank you for your post.
Can I kindly as what lower and upper pressure is your machine set at? As it should be set with with a lower pressure of 4cmh20 and an upper pressure of 20cmh20, unless you have specific settings.
Can I kindly ask why you want to adjust the pressure settings? The reason I ask is that if you pop your mask on, and then turn the machine on the pressure will start at 4cmh20 and stay at this pressure until you go to sleep. Once you are asleep the pressure will increase and decrease within the pressure range, as and when you need it. Therefore the machine adjusts the pressure so you should not need to.
