  • Air 10 Wifi issues

    Hi,
    I was fortunately issued a Air 10 machine through the NHS and have been automatically monitored by my local NHS sleep disorder clinic. I am now based in the USA for two months but I was informed that my machine would automatically recognise the new local wifi and would automatically be set to register as if it were your basic computer (I am assuming). However, this is not happening and instead I get a little green light in the right hand corner indicating that there is no wifi recognition. Any advice would be most welcome, thank you.

        The machine is not through WI-FI it is through the local Mobile Network, it might not work automatically in the USA.
        However, the data card will store all the info and it will be downloaded when you get back.
        DISCLAIMER: Unless the machines are now doing WI-FI, but my mate just got a brand new machine and it is with Vodafone.
        So it will be a cell network over there and it will not be compatible.
