Help with water

I have noticed recently the water in my tank is turning a yellow colour and the air coming out stinks.
Still there after giving everything a good clean.and using distilled water.
Any help would be appreciated as I tried to Google

Can I ask which CPAP machine and humidifier are you using?

I would suggest purchasing a replacement water chamber for your humidifier, and ensuring that you only use distiller or filtered water in the humidifier. Also please ensure that any water left in the chamber after use is removed each morning, and not left in the chamber for the following night.
