It's arrived

The S8 AutoSet Spirit II arrived this morning so it was unpacked and switched on this evening. It's certainly small and quiet.
Attached my mask but of course the menu doesn't give an option for a Puritan Bennett breeze nasal pillow. I hope I've done the right thing in setting it for a Resmed swift nasal pillow which is the closest match. I did the mask leak test and it gave a very good/excellent reading. I will give them a ring tomorrow to confirm.
I was going moan that the settings will not let me get the detailed menus displayed. "Oi" its my machine I want 100% use of it but, thanks to Chelsea's earlier post I will give the instructions in his link a try tomorrow. Thanks Chelsea.

Cool, didn't know they have settings for specific masks. Wonder what difference those settings make. There's only so many (1?) ways you can send air down a tube

It seems these machines are getting cleverer each model Joe.
I was told by Resmed that they are having people querying whether their machine is working properly as they test it by holding their breathe but it doesn't ramp up to compensate. The clever bu**er knows you are cheating apparantly.
Treat your machine well otherwise it may take a dislike to you and cut off your air supply (Judgement day?).
