  • ICON Premo

Anyone experience issue's with their ICON Premo by Fisher & Paykel? It is a very simple machine, all you do is push the smart dial to turn on and push the smart dial to turn off. At times, when I go to bed, I have to push the smart dial two or 3 times and the same when I wake up. I took it back and they gave me another one which does the same thing. It doesn't happen all the time, perhaps once or twice a week.....

    Thanks for your response...

As far as I know if you have managed to turn the dial a bit by accident before you press it, it takes a few seconds to start. I forget how many but it does say in the instruction book.

      Agree

I agree with the last post, sometimes I get too anxious and have to remember to be patient. Not saying you are rushing, but it does take a second or two when I get mine going. Just my 2 cents.

          Where did you buy?

[All his posts deleted as he WAS that company, he didn't buy FROM that company. Bad spam]

The thought of paying for your own torture is not altogether wonderful , however much i like my gail (for gale force)

cpapuser, if it works and helps then its a good price...enjoy and stick with it, no matter how many times you feel like chucking off a tall building

                Paid for CPAP

I paid 1800.00 for total kit. I also bought the heated hose and a nasal mask as I can't wear a full mask. This 1800.00 includes free for 30 days plus 1 visit to the supplier for check ups for 1 month....

I'm making no mistake in starting and stopping, it is intermittant, it takes two or three pushes on the smart dial button to start or to stop, but may happen 1 or twice a week and that is it till the next time..... I just found out another person is having the same issue, so there is a problem with a specific batch and I'm waiting for confirmation of what they are going to do...

Thanks for replying and enjoy, I live in Canada....
