    This just in:



    The numbness, pins & needless and cold is what's called "Peripheral Neuropathy" and is indeed associated with OSA.

      Oh yes!

      Have it in my feet! I didn't make the connection because I so firmly associate it with diabetes - which I knew I had before I knew I had OSA, if you follow.

      They feel cold when they are toasty warm and they tell my brain that every bone in each foot is broken if I walk too far/too fast. The weirdest part is when they actually get 'cold' (a degree or two below blood temp) and then they feel numb and very painful right in the middle, simultaneously.

      Must be b..... awful in your hands!
