    hi floatyboaty i have just been given my cpap machine and had my first night last night x after sitting on the edge of the bed with nasasl mask strapped to my head and in floods of tears i finally managed to keep it on for about 4hours x im really struggling to relax any tips x

    Starting out can be very difficult - if you use the search engine on this site based on key words you'll find a wealth of support and pointers to help you succeed.

    Give yourself the time you need to adjust to a new element in your life - the benefits are well worth the effort!

    After you've had a trawl through the posts if you have question start a thread and the CPAP club will furnish you with a flurry of answers - promise!!

    Keep calm, stay positive - you will succeed!
