humidifier
I have, at long last, received a humidifier to use with my nasal pillows. Used it for one night and felt absolutely dreadful the next day. Almost felt as bad as I do when I'm getting pleurisy. this lasted a day then I felt better but had a very heavy cold. It can't be a coinsidence and I was just getting a cold anyway because of the way I felt before the cold developed. I don't think I can bring myself to test out the humidifier again once my cold has gone. Has anyone else had this problem? I think I am going to have to give up on the CPAP machine but that will leave me with a very poor quality of life, always too exhausted. I don't know what to do to help myself.............PS Yes, I did use boiled water in the humidifier!
