First rain out this season.

As the thread title says. I've had my first rain out this season, so my hose wrap is coming out of its summer moth balls. Just hate being woken up with water dripping on my face and the sound of gurgling water in the tube.

It's the cold weather kicking in way too early, causing the temperature difference and subsequently the condensation. It's good living in Britain isn't it?

PS well done passing the 4st mark. Difference must be quite visible now too.

Hi James, the humidity is very high at the moment which is the big problem. I'm getting water in the value assembly on the mask. Which "pops" every time I breath in. I'm going to try without the humidifer tonight.

Weight wise, I've lost 4 stone 6lbs or 62.2 lbs or 28.2 kg in 4 months, which is about 33.6% of the total estimated weight loss, starting BMI of 50 now 41.5 . I've gone from a 62in waist to a 54in. Spent yesterday sorting my wardrobe out, chucked a pile out. Its a good job I've hung onto a good number of my old stuff as I can get back into them now. I am also very much more active, out walking the wife, just bought myself a pair of wellies that fit, first time in 18 years. I'm eating about a quater of what I used to eat and don't feel hungery at all, its brilliant. Best thing I've ever done.

O.K. the last couple of nights I've run without a humidifier, no rain out. And I'm not drying out too much over night. Its just so damp outside at the moment.
