Hi all, I’ve just started using a CPAP machine. I have a Resmed F20 face mask. I’m struggling using this with my existing memory foam pillow and wondered if anyone has tried or can recommend a CPAP pillow? Are they worth the money? Or have you found a different pillow that doesn’t press your mask as much? Any help greatly appreciated!

Can I kindly ask what are the issue you are having with the F20 mask? Is it knocking it on the pillow when you move, air leakage, poor mask fit?
If you can let me know then we can see how we can help you with the mask, and then look a CPAP pillow if required,
