nasal congestion

I am using a autosense 10 with a n20 mask and a humidfier but i am fed up because every morning i get nasal congestion, constant blowing of nose and or sneezing usually clears up after about 2 hours, i have had a suggestion that i should use a full face mask but tried to use it and could not tolerate it, anybody had the same problem please.

Can I ask what setting your humidifier is on? What filters do you have do use in your machine (ie standard or Hypoallergenic filters) , and when did you last change the filters?

What full face mask did you try and what was the issue with it that it was not suitable for you?

Do you have sinus issues, and do you use any products for this?

If you can let us know, then we can see what we can advise.

Thanks for your reply, my humidfier setting is 5, as for the filters i change them every couple of months only changed it last week, standard, and the full face mask i have tried them twice but could not tolerate it, cannot recall what make they were, as far as i can say not had any sinus issues.

Alternatively I would suggest having a chat with your GP about the nasal congestion you are experiencing and see what they advise.
