Ridiculous prices!

OK, so I can accept the high prices for CPAP machines and masks, but has anyone seen what Philips are charging for a power lead for their portable Dreamstation Go machine?

Currently showing as £41.99 on their website.

This is a standard UK 3-pin plug to a "figure eight" connector, about £5 in a High St shop, couple of quid online.

How can anyone justify this ridiculous price?
