In my opinion, it depends where you are heading. If you're going to a country where the climate tends to be scorching hot and dry, I'd bring it. If you are going for some fun in the rain season, it may be less necessary.

Another thing to remember is that if it involves camping or otherwise running the CPAP off a battery, they usually can't power the humidifier anyway.

So the question is... Where are you going?
