            From reading this thread it seems the support varies based on your trusts priorities on spend. I live just over the border in Northumberland and was provided with a climate line when I was issued with the H5i humidifier and I raised question about rainout (thanks to this forum).

            My only issue is trying to get right level of moisture o prevent throat drying out and not upset my Asthma!

            Any ideas?

              I have the same system as you and have found the setting of "27" to be just right with the climateline attached. I also have asthma and this level certainly works for me.
