Olbas Oil or ?

Hi:
Although thinking of renewing my S8 Aoutoset Sprint I have thought about a few drops of Olbas Oil on the air filter sponge.
Apart from rainfall sometimes (with or without the humidifier) I suffer from congestion in the morning but otherwise get on very well with the machine.
Never had problems with sleeping, dry mouth.......etc.
I had asked Resmed about Olbas in the water container onf the humidifier but they would not recomend it - they didnt suggest the air filter sponge!!

I have thought about a few drops of Olbas Oil on the air filter sponge.

Far better to put a drop or two on a tissue near the air intake, this prevents the oil doing any damage to the machine and is easily moved should it become too strong a sensation.

It is not recommended to use something as strong as Olbas Oil as continued usage can damage the lining of the nose...

Menthol crystal (one or two, not a lot...) in the water works for me!
