  • Pillow Talk

I don't want to get offside with John and the Ultra Pillow here, but I wanted to take the opportunity to offer a simple pillow option.

I started CPAPing (??) with a regular pillow and began looking for a better option.
My Australian options were limited and expensive and the cost of shipping one from OS was also prohibitive for a product I couldn't see or touch.
    Solution that works.
What is known in OZ as a Tri Pillow or more colloquially a Boomerang pillow.
Simple triangular style pillow that sells for $20 - $30.00 in Australia.

It works really well, allowing you to snuggle in on your side with plenty of pillow support and it keeps the mask clear of the pillow.

    I love my pillow

Is the pillow a V shape? If so, where on the V do you lay your head?

I manage to sleep fine on my side with a normal pillow, but I'm curious!
    Kind regards, Tricia

      Tricia,
It is V shaped. I sleep with the point towards the bedhead and the legs (of the pillow) either side of my face.
This lets me sleep comfortably on my left or right side without dislodging the mask.

My Mum uses one of these for reading in bed.
        Kind regards, Tricia
