Hi there
First of all, thank you for this forum, when I started reading some of the threads, I stopped feeling lonely in the fighting of the monster called Apnea.
long story short, I have been diagnosed with 15.7 AHI at one of the nights I got average quality sleep.
I have received the Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP, but I was told to visit the technician after 3 days to setup the machine.
I wasn't able to wait, I did my own research and I setup the machine over three nights.
mainly I did the following:
pressure min 5.0
Pressure max 14.0
EPR tried 1 and 3, I stayed at 3.
humidity 5 and 6, I found 6 is the sweetest spot.
My AHI so far 0, 0.8 and 0.3.
I feel very energetic during day, not like earlier days.
I started performing Sleep Data Analysis on Oscar and ResScan, and I see the following:
1. The pressure keeps increasing and decreasing over the night following flow limitations. It never exceeded 9.X.
2. In the second night I had a lot of flow limitations and ununiform breathing (flow rate).
The question, do I need to visit the CPAP technician?
Thanks.
