Hi Everyone,
Recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and new to the community - looking forward to learning from and supporting each other.
I've been doing some research into how to sleep better or what's a better sleeping position to lessen my apnea.
This article says the best sleeping position is on your back, but that actually encourages you to snore and apnea. Kind of contradictory, but what do you think? What have you found that works?
