I received my Airsense a few days ago and downloaded the My Air app. I put in the serial numbers but it is not connecting with the machine. I've followed all the troubleshooting advice, I have a good signal, airplane mode is off etc. I have a phone appointment with the hospital in about 10 days but I'm not sure how they can help remotely and I really want to start seeing the data from the machine. Most advice online is about machines that have stopped syncing, I can't find anything on ones which have never synced!
