  • My Air not syncing with Airsense

    I received my Airsense a few days ago and downloaded the My Air app. I put in the serial numbers but it is not connecting with the machine. I've followed all the troubleshooting advice, I have a good signal, airplane mode is off etc. I have a phone appointment with the hospital in about 10 days but I'm not sure how they can help remotely and I really want to start seeing the data from the machine. Most advice online is about machines that have stopped syncing, I can't find anything on ones which have never synced!

    Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

      Hi, thanks for replying. My issue isn’t about logging in, the app is not syncing with the machine, I’m getting zero information from it.

        Please call Resmed, and they will help you sync the data from your machine to your account.
