  • Resmed S9 needs replacing - recommendations?

    Hi,
my Resmed S9 with humidifier is reaching a well deserved retirement.
I’m a bit out of touch with current models, so what do people recommend.

I’m happy with constant pressure, so don’t need anything too flashy.
    I do need a humidifier.
I’d like to be able to take it to the USA with me on holiday, and work fine with US power supply.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Good Morning,

    Thank you for your post.

Here is a link to the main CPAP machines that we sell - https://www.cpap.co.uk/cpap-products...cpap-machines/
The Sleepstyle humidified auto has a built in humidifier and the other machines have the option to add a humidifier and heated tube.

Also, here is a link to the range travel CPAP machines that we sell - https://www.cpap.co.uk/cpap-products...cpap-machines/
Please note that the Airminibundle auto travel CPAP machine with F30 bundle and the M1 Mini auto travel CPAP machine do not have humidification options, the rest do.

If you look at the details tab half way down eaxc product page then this will show you the electrical rating so you can see which ones will work in the US with an adapter plug. Alternatively we do sell a USA / Canada / Japan 2 pin plug for most CPAP machines - https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/usa-c...cpap-machines/

Do you want to have a look at the above links and let me know if you have any questions.

Alternatively, you can email me at contact@intushealthcare.com

The airsense10 is an upgrade of the ResMed S9 machine that you have. There is an airsense11 released in the US, but this is not available in the UK yet.

Please have a look at the above link and let me know if you have any questions about the machines available.

I was under the care of Churchill Hospital when I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea showing AHI of 25.3/hr and ODI was 27.4/hr.I have now moved to Norwich and a letter was sent to NNUH to transfer care. Can I use this letter to purchase Cpap machine?

              Good Afternoon,

              Thank you for your post.

In order to purchase a CPAP machine from us, you would need to be able to provide us with something in writing from a doctor or a valid sleep test result that is no more than 3 years old. The document should state your diagnosis of Sleep Apnoea and that you are using or suitable for a CPAP machine. If you have such a letter, you can email me at contact@intushealthcarecom, and I can check it for you if you would like.

Alternatively, if you are an existing CPAP user, then we can email you a declaration form to complete, which would suffice as documentation for a CPAP machine order.
