I have read elsewhere that the cause of the whining in the S10 could be a worn or distorted air outlet adaptor. I've removed mine and cleaned but there is no change. Does anyone know where I can buy one?

Does anyone have any other thoughts about what could be causing the whine and what I can do to fix it please?

She is very capable but not technically minded so ask the salesman at ResMed to set it up for her which he did . Although he did put it to APAP which worked fine as it did her settings to exactly her normal settings.

The main question I have is can all APAP machines be set by the user?

The second question is about the NHS and your own machine, can you have your own machine on the NHS?
