Dear fellow forum members,
I know it's Friday late afternoon and most of you probably have more exciting things to think about at this stage of the weekend but I was curious to hear your thoughts on the following.
Eagle-eyed sleuths may have already seen the press release via the Australian Stock Exchange, but we recently were appointed distributors of a fantastic alternative for those unable to cope with CPAP. It's called the SomnoDent Mandibular Advancement Splint.
These types of mouth pieces are discussed here sporadically and not many of you had great results with the various models out there. However, this one is different in many ways and presents sufferers with a real CPAP alternative.
I can brag and promote here but of course, we built a nice informative website to go with the launch so please have a look here if you can. You may want to jump straight to the bit about it being a suitable alternative to CPAP.
As opinionated forumers no doubt you have something to say on this and I'm curious to hear what your thoughts are. CPAP used to be the only thing available to sufferers that was great, now there's two great options. How do you rate the SomnoDent based on what you see there? Is there anything we forgot to mention that is important for existing or potential CPAP users to know?
This great therapeutic product only just reached the UK shores so we don't have national coverage in terms of a qualified network of dentists yet but over 18,000 have been fitted in countries like Australia, Germany and the U.S. of A so we're keen to see how UK sleep apneics fare with this. With this addition, we remain committed to providing quality choice to those seeking to invest in their own health.
Any thoughts or questions, I'll try to address/answer them here.
Enjoy your weekend!

I used it when I went to my mum's as she doesn't have a headboard. It was light, fit in my case with my CPAP( God I hate that thing!) was easy as anything to assemble( even I could do it!) and slid between the mattress and the bed with no force at all. Thanx James, think about the MAS, Pleeeeeeeease
